The sun has begun to set and I hang up the smile Ive worn all day, though I will make sure it is the first thing I put back on in the morning just in case it is that day. I want her to see me at my very best.

I do the normal routine, eat dinner, clean the house, writethe usual stuff. And then I lay down hoping to fall asleep quickly so my new day will hurry up and arrive. A new day with a brand new sun. But as I lay there and wait for the world to turn half way around, I think about her. And sometimes I smile, and sometimes that smile will turn into asnicker, and then often that snicker will turn into a burst of laughter.

Then, from that moment, nothing that I eat will ever taste the same because shell bring out the simplest beauties in everything I see, taste, smell, hear, or touch.

Just enough time to start a conversation with this beautiful vision standing in front of me that I might not otherwise have noticed, but, because of a price check on register 5, I was able to find her.

Keep on working toward something, and watch the leaps and bounds youll make.

They dont even have to be big gestures, but its the little things they do for you that count. And people may be reacting to the energy youre putting out; perhaps you think they dont care about you so you dont make any effort in your relationships. Start showing people you care, so they can show you back in kind. And if you dont have good relationships with the people you know, whats stopping you from making new friends?

Either you move on and stop thinking and talking about her, or learn to approach her or think about her in a positive manner. Focus on her good qualities, and repeat them to yourself instead of honing in on the unpleasant things.

Be appreciative of what you have, because if you want to play the comparison game, remember that there are people who are also worse off than you are.

Take, for example, Olympic sprinter Oscar Pistorius, an amputee who overcame his handicap to compete in the Olympics against his able-bodied peers. Everything is within your reach as long as you work hard and have a a positive attitude.
